First, we sought out the very best Pastel de Nata in Lisbon, and then we persuaded the man who made them to teach us how.
Using his award-winning recipe, our Classic and Vegan Pastéis are carefully formed by hand to give the characteristic crisp, frilled pastry cases, filled with our authentic, fragrant custard. Oh, and don't forget that lovely burn on top!
